Cafe Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic cafe team as a Cafe Team Member. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our venue.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, providing outstanding service, and developing their skills and knowledge in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends and ideally weekdays (flexibility on weekdays).
  • Strong coffee making experience in similar venue.
  • Table waiting experience preferred but not essential.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • 20 years or older.
