Job Summary:

We are a fast-paced restaurant that offers customers dine-in and takeaway services. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for multiple tables and guests at one time.
  2. Take food and drink orders, process them via the point of sale (POS) system, and effectively communicate those orders with kitchen staff.
  3. Stay attentive to the needs of guests to ensure they receive an exceptional dining experience.
  4. Ensure food orders are prepared correctly by kitchen staff and presented attractively to guests.
  5. Take face-to-face and phone orders for takeaway customers.
  6. Handle cash transactions, EFTPOS payments, and use the POS system efficiently.
  7. Run food and drinks promptly.
  8. Maintain a clean and presentable restaurant environment at the start of each service, including setting tables with plates, cutlery, and linens.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid RSA or be willing to obtain it upon employment.
  • Desirable: Hospitality experience, but not essential if you have strong customer service skills and a focus on teamwork.
  • Be confident, passionate, and eager to learn.
  • Be available to work a rotating roster.
  • Be approachable and visible to ensure guests know you are there to assist their needs.
