Make a Difference in Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership and coordination across assigned homes, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting regular assessments of resident care to identify potential risks and implementing effective interventions. You will also coach and mentor nursing and care staff to enhance their clinical knowledge and performance.

About the Role
  • Clinical Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex care needs with previous senior clinical care experience.
  • Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Ability to develop and motivate teams, promote professional growth, and foster a culture of excellence in care delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Effective engagement with staff, residents, families, and external professionals through strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work across multiple homes, adapting to different team dynamics and clinical needs.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
