Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced retail professional to lead our South Australian retail and therapy business. As a State Retail & Education Manager, you will be responsible for driving a best-in-class service culture across all retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through in-field coaching, commercial goal setting, and team development.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire our Beauty Experts, Therapists, and Retail Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key retail partners, while ensuring seamless service standards tailored to each channel.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a multi-site Area, State, or Territory Manager in the beauty, luxury, or retail industries.
  • Proven success in driving sales and service outcomes across diverse retail channels.
  • Strong capability in coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • FLEXIBILITY TO TRAVEL interstate as required.
