Role Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • PC and laptop hardware setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Support for MS Teams conferencing equipment.
  • On-site IT support and assistance as required.
  • Incident management, knowledge base article updates, task administration, and asset management within the Service Management platform.
  • Stockroom organization and inventory control.
  • e-Waste disposal and recycling.
  • User training and development.
  • Project support and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to participate in after-hours or weekend deployments when necessary.
Requirements

An IT-related degree and experience in supporting diverse IT platforms, including PC/Laptop hardware, OS, software applications, and networking fundamentals, are prerequisites.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to adhere to scheduled attendance and work hours, are critical for this position.
