Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service, evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and achievement of SLAs;
- Identify and implement innovative operational improvements to drive business growth and efficiency;
- Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities through strategic planning and execution;
- Recruit, induct, and train new team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce;
- Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums to drive business outcomes;
- Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports to ensure their growth and development;
- Drive an engaging workplace culture that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance.
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing;
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA;
- Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance;
- Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
