We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to support our Gold Coast team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial site management, with experience in delivering high-end projects from commencement to completion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a large site team to deliver complex high-rise projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-site personnel and sub-contractors
  • Maintain a culture that motivates productivity and safety awareness
  • Drive programme delivery and make informed decisions regarding project requirements and cost control

About you

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing commercial sites
  • An appreciation for high-end builds and a desire to lead a team to deliver this type of product
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive programme delivery and bring out the best in their team and sub-contractors
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • An unwavering commitment to safety and quality awareness

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
