About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at Mediabrands. As a key member of our Activation team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class digital solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activity and workflow of junior team members
  • Train, support, and guide team members and peers
  • Escalate challenges to the Performance Director as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with media agency partners and tech partners

Client Focus:

  • Work on paid media campaigns across paid search
  • Oversee and lead the planning, optimization, and reporting of all paid campaigns
  • Continually identify optimization opportunities to drive performance improvements across channels, based on relevant KPIs
  • Stakeholder management - work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Lead digital innovation and drive a robust testing framework

About You:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in performance media campaign management with Google Ads
  • A "lean-in" attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders
  • Great communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • A thirst for knowledge; understanding the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology
  • Facebook Blueprint certified and Google Ads Certified, SA360
