Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

A challenging role is available for a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist.

The position involves delivering a range of operational laboratory activities, including the coordination and provision of scientific and technical training.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the ongoing review, development, and quality management of laboratory practices to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.

This includes ensuring that quality standards and continual process improvement are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering operational laboratory activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the delivery of pathology services relevant to the laboratory
  • Knowledge and experience in Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems, Quality Control Systems, and computer programs such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
