About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our broker panel, delivering sales and service excellence, and driving customer growth in preferred segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers to deliver sales and service excellence.
- Perform effective pipeline management to maximise new business strike rates and renewal retention.
- Support the implementation of sales or go-to-market strategy and business plans to deliver effective and efficient sales operations.
- Gather in-depth broker insight and align with business objectives to grow Allianz areas of appetite.
- Identify market and industry trends, understand and anticipate customer needs through business relationships and competitor analysis.
- Act as a point of escalation for broker requests on commercial adjustments, issues, or complaints.
About You
We are looking for a proven sales professional with effective business planning, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence and persuade. You should have a sound understanding of the general insurance landscape and some experience in sales/relationship is highly desired.
