Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Customer Insights and Technical Analyst. This position plays a pivotal part in driving business success by identifying customer needs through in-depth research and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and customers from across the organization, leveraging their expertise to drive continuous improvement and translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into comprehensive requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, understand, and document business requirements and insights aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed solution proposals and design documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Gather and interpret data and insights on customers to suggest technical efficiencies.
  • Create and lead EDI solutions for customers from proposal to training and implementation, ensuring compliance with product catalogues.
  • Manage project responsibilities from inception to completion, including change management, governance activities, and program reporting.
  • Drive and support system implementations, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Be seen as the Super User of necessary systems and processes, providing consistent support and guidance for users.
  • Support the business with identifying measures of success and setting targets. Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations at all times.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports, analyses, and submissions as required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, IT&T, Technical, or Medical disciplines would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a similar or related role ideally in the Medical Technology or Medical Device industry.
  • Advanced suite of Microsoft Office skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with EDI implementation and GS1 is essential.
  • SAP experience is mandatory.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
  • Proven experience in engaging, influencing, negotiating, and communicating with a range of business stakeholders to develop ongoing working relationships that achieve positive technical outcomes.
  • Awareness and knowledge of Agile ways of working.
  • Strong collaboration skills for business outcomes, including ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Highly methodical and analytical capability, as well as critical thinking.
  • Contemporary problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Possesses strong communication skills - verbal, written, and active listening communication skills to validate requirements.
  • Ability to capture and document business processes including workflows and mapping.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
