Job Overview

The Site Supervisor role plays a pivotal part in providing exceptional support to clients with physical and psycho-social disabilities. This includes leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our Home Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support the financial performance of the Home Service site through effective management of operating expenditure.
  • Ensure team member awareness of each individual requirement and provide aligned support to meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Disability sector, particularly with complex behaviors and mental health challenges.
  • Supervisory experience in site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them in a logical, systematic way.
