This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week based in Blacktown, NSW, Australia. You will report to the ITC Coordinator and be part of our dedicated PSP Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide casework services to young people in ITC, developing and implementing individualized case plans;
- Work collaboratively with the ITC team to deliver a comprehensive therapeutic response;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and files;
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
