At Calvary Care, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership to our team at Calvary Kelaston in Wendouree VIC.

As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and delivering a high standard of care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes.

What you bring:

  • An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred.
  • Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.
