Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Kelaston in Wendouree VIC.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with legislative requirements to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements, and regulations.
- Multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage the delegation process to achieve quality outcomes within expected timeframes.
- An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred.
- Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.
