Lead Airside Operations Team

Elevate your career to a senior level by overseeing our airside team on shift. We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader with excellent leadership capabilities to join our Customer Delivery team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate team members in the Customer Delivery department to meet productivity and performance criteria.
  • Supervise catering trucks to ensure safe and timely loading and unloading of aircraft.
  • Perform all duties of a Driver, including supervising, training and inducting workers within a designated work area.
  • Organize and coordinate work within the designated work area and perform administrative and reporting duties as required.
  • Follow up on discrepancies and ensure accurate flight deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to efficiently manage the work environment.
  • Display leadership by example and possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a valid ASIC card and Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license with authority to drive airside ADA.
  • Possess flexibility in working around flight schedules and a clean Police Record.
