We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant in Nursing.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, ensuring accurate documentation, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career through our internal training programs and mentorship opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Ensuring accurate documentation in care planning
- Working under the direction of registered nurses and senior management
