About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed trainer and assessor to join our team as a Training Advisor - Early Childhood Care & Education on a part-time basis in our Coffs Harbour office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Assess the skills and abilities of students to tailor the training offering.
  • Manage own case load to ensure timely completion of milestones.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education.
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • A recent, clear National Police Check.
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check.
