About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Training Advisor to join our team at Enterprise & Training Company Limited. As a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment services to students
  • Assess the skills and abilities of students to tailor training offerings
  • Manage own case load and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A recent, clear National Police Check
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check
