About the Role
Our organisation is seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide meaningful in-home support to clients who require assistance with daily living tasks.

Your Responsibilities
Personal care
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments or activities
Social and community support
You may also support clients with complex needs, requiring additional training and support.

Requirements
A caring attitude
Reliability
Compassion
A personal smartphone (for shift-related tasks)
A safe, reliable vehicle
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or are willing to apply)
Police Check issued within the last 6 months
First Aid Certificate
Valid driver's licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
