Buddhist Monk English Language Instructor

As a participant in our English Teaching Experience with Buddhist Monks program, you will engage in one-on-one conversational classes with young and adult Buddhist monks at the monastery.
With the opportunity to share your language skills by teaching English (and Chinese) to diverse age groups, you will foster understanding and cultural exchange while deepening your knowledge of Buddhism and spirituality.
After an introductory week in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed into the monastery's accommodations, where you will share a comfortable room with fellow participants in the serene monastery campus in the Tinchuli neighborhood of Boudha.
Balancing focused teaching with personal reflection, you can make the most of this life-changing experience.
