Educate and Grow: Become a Volunteer Teacher in a Monastery Setting

This program offers a unique chance to engage in one-on-one conversational classes with young and adult Buddhist monks at the monastery.
You will have the opportunity to share your language skills by teaching in both English and Chinese, fostering understanding and connection with diverse age groups.
In return, you will be invited to deepen your knowledge of Buddhism and spirituality, enriching your personal growth and cultural awareness.
The monastery is situated in the serene Tinchuli neighborhood of Boudha, offering a harmonious and well-designed campus for study and practice.
A comfortable room shared with fellow participants creates a close-knit community of like-minded individuals.

Program Requirements- Teaching experience is not necessary, but enthusiasm and dedication are essential.

As a participant in this outreach program, you will live in the monastery's accommodations following an introductory week in Kathmandu.
