This semi-productive role requires a trade-qualified Automotive Technician with strong dealership experience and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical advice to customers and staff
- Mentor and train workshop technicians
- Produce repair orders and attend technical training
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and workshop team to meet time constraints
- Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
- Assist technicians with technical issues and order parts
- Handle customer complaints and promote a safe work environment
- Ensure warranty requirements are met
Requirements:
- Trade qualification in Automotive Technology
- Strong dealership experience and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly skilled in vehicle diagnostics and repair
