Key Role: Product Development Lead

The Tech Product Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and development of our platform.

This involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, prioritise and deliver product features and enhancements. Our focus is on aligning solutions with client needs and expectations.

Core Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the development and delivery of innovative technology products that cater to our clients' evolving needs.
  • Monitor product performance and make informed decisions to optimise and improve offerings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client requirements and preferences.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Wealth Management capabilities, including trading, investments, and tax management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, particularly in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Superannuation system and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
