**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Liaising with customers to plan and implement agreed services
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining busy inboxes with queries, appointments, and non-appointment services
  • Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
  • Providing information and advice to customers or prospective customers

**Requirements**:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and within a group environment
  • Personal approach that is enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful
  • Strong prioritization skills while maintaining flexibility
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
