Front Office Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Expert to join our motivated and vibrant team. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service excellence from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing them with a warm welcome and setting the tone for their stay
  • Perform a wide range of front office tasks, including selling hotel facilities, taking reservations, and maintaining guest accounts
  • Provide guests and visitors with local information about neighbourhood attractions and amenities

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  • Passionate and energetic individual who can make both colleagues and guests smile
