We are currently seeking a Full Time Baker to join our team at Brumbys Mountain Creek.

The successful applicant will be required to work a range of different shifts, including 10pm to 6am and 11pm to 7am, over a 7-day period.

Flexible working arrangements are essential, as weekend and public holiday work will be required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets
  • Working with other bakers to ensure a high standard of product quality is achieved
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure products are delivered on time to meet customer demands
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety in the workplace
  • Providing exceptional customer service
