Pet Care Advocate

The Veterinary Customer Care Specialist plays a vital role in supporting pet health and wellbeing. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance pet care, maintain knowledge across product, nutrition, and health topics, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Support veterinarian-led health escalations in collaboration with our Vet Nurse team
- Maintain and enhance our Customer Care knowledge base on product, nutrition, and health topics
- Contribute to the training and development of Vet Nurses and the broader Customer Care team on product, nutrition, and health matters
- Cross-functionally collaborate with departments on health and nutrition initiatives
- Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture that motivates employees and aligns with the company's mission
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of veterinary experience
- Exceptional customer service skills, including a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English and grammar proficiency
- Proficiency in using a computer, touch typing, and ability to learn new tools and systems
- Organised with high attention to detail and a willingness to learn new topics
- Resilient, with a high sense of ownership and comfort in fast-paced environments
- A love for animals is essential
