Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Dan Murphy's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective team leadership and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective operational processes to drive efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive store performance
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement changes to drive business growth
