Job Description

At our esteemed establishment, we are seeking a seasoned Horse Trainer/Educator to join our accomplished team at Warwick Farm NSW.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing expert horse training and education services, leveraging their extensive knowledge and experience in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Horse Training and Handling Methods: The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of horse training and handling methods, specifically thoroughbred racing.
  2. Oral and Written Communication: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for effective instruction and information provision to staff and owners.
  3. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also possessing the capacity to work independently or manage a small team of horses and staff under the direction of the head foreperson.
  4. Safety and Health Obligations: Demonstrated expertise in safe operation of equipment relevant to the training and preparation of racehorses on riding pace/timed work and jump outs.
