Job Title: Territory Development SpecialistJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to drive business growth in the Western and South-Western regions of Sydney. As a Territory Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires a self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and the ability to close deals effectively. If you have a passion for natural health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, using your knowledge of the market and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG/OTC sector, ideally 1-2 years.
  • Strong understanding of buying cycles and effective sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and grow business.
  • Passion for natural health and wellness, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
