About the Contract Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to manage maintenance contracts, prepare client reports, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure current processes and workflows are up-to-date
  • Provide administrative support to managers
  • Maintain an accredited list of subcontractors
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Create warranty contracts in accordance with company procedures
  • Gather information from subcontractors and suppliers as directed by the contract management team
  • Complete all contract information as required
  • Assist in coordinating contract management requirements including labour requirements for quoted work, timelines for subcontractors, parts delivery etc
  • Assist with the mobilisation of new and existing contracts
  • Administer preventative maintenance contracts

Requirements:

  • A 'can do' attitude, high attention to detail, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential
  • Prior experience in the building services industry is an advantage
  • Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access, and knowledge of Great Plains is highly regarded

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time role on site and/or in office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 1/2 hour lunch break.
