Job Title: Senior End-User Computing Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned End-User Computing Engineer to support our government clients.

This role involves delivering secure, compliant EUC services within strict regulatory environments, focusing on:

  • Intune/Azure AD MDM
  • SCCM
  • Application packaging
  • PowerShell automation
  • Group Policy management
  • Level 3 support

The successful candidate will have experience in enterprise or government IT environments providing EUC/Infrastructure support and possess the following skills:

  • Strong expertise in Intune/Azure AD, including Conditional Access, compliance policies, and secure device provisioning
  • Proven experience with SCCM in large-scale desktop fleets
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities
  • Experience working with government security standards (e.g. ASD Essential Eight, ISM, PSPF, SOE baselines)
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, GPO design, and Windows 10/11 configuration in a secure enterprise context
  • Application packaging skills and familiarity with enterprise change control processes

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory) with ability to obtain or maintain Baseline or NV1 clearance
  • Prior experience supporting state or federal government departments
  • Experience with Nexthink, ServiceNow, or other asset/incident management platforms
  • Exposure to SOE development, Autopilot, or zero-touch deployment projects
  • Understanding of ITIL practices, especially within a government service delivery environment
