Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging opportunity to lead and deliver cutting-edge HR solutions?

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Mane Consulting, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Payroll, and Time.

About the Role
  • This is a client-facing consultancy role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

You will work closely with clients to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions across Employee Central, Payroll, and Time modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle projects from design through to go-live and support, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business needs.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP SuccessFactors configurations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors. If you have expertise in Employee Central, Payroll, and Time modules, along with strong understanding of HR processes and their translation into SAP SuccessFactors configurations, we want to hear from you

Additionally, we require excellent client-facing skills, with a focus on consultancy and stakeholder management. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
