Job Title: Burleigh Heads Nanny Position

A family in Burleigh Heads, QLD is seeking a caring and experienced nanny to care for their 2.5-year-old son and 6-month-old baby girl. The ideal candidate will be engaging, fun to be around, yet nurturing and calm.

The family requires a nanny who can provide fun, creative, and stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that promote the children's growth and development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch care for the children
  • Following established routines and ensuring the children's physical and emotional needs are met
  • Engaging in play and creating a fun learning environment
  • Assisting with light household duties such as tidying and cleaning
  • Helping with meal preparation and cooking
  • Laundry

The position initially offers 6 months work, with the possibility of extending long-term.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in childcare or nannying
  • Childcare qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience caring for young babies
  • Current first aid certificate
  • Current Blue Card
  • Strong communication skills and English fluency
  • Full driver's license and clean driving record
  • Basic cooking skills
