As a Principal Advisor, you will play a key role in driving the visibility of RTI and promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting business units in preparing privacy impact assessments with practical recommendations.
  • Providing accurate and meaningful advice to stakeholders on complex issues arising from the administration of RTI and IP Acts.
  • Managing complaints under the IP Act and reported breaches to achieve best outcomes for clients.
  • Identifying, developing, and implementing practice standards to ensure efficient and effective implementation of RTI and information privacy.
  • Representing the organization in mediations and external reviews with the Office of the Information Commissioner.
  • Participating in the implementation and delivery of RTI's internal and external communication strategy, including training.
