Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional educational outcomes, and we are seeking a motivated professional to join our Facilities Management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school. They will also develop and interpret legislation, regulations, procedures, and other guideline material relating to operations within the school.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for children and adults-at-risk, and our staff are required to undergo working with children checks and background referencing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the school's strategic and operational plans by reviewing legislation, regulations, initiatives, and policies and providing recommendations.

You will also be responsible for coordinating the maintenance of the college facilities and assets, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with work health and safety regulations.

We are looking for someone with relevant contemporary skills and experience, including:

  • Coordinating daily tasks and monitoring workloads for a team
  • Interpreting legislation, regulations, and developing procedures
  • Managing procurement activities, including budget oversight and administration
  • Promoting services internally
  • Strategic focus, contributing to operational plans by reviewing policies and providing recommendations
