Maintenance & Facilities Support Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and grounds, prioritizing the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with general maintenance tasks, ensuring the property is secure and equipment is properly cared for
  • Managing waste disposal by loading, positioning, and cleaning refuse bins
  • Maintaining schedules and conducting routine checks as outlined in your duties list
  • Operating company vehicles (as required) and undertaking courier and delivery duties
  • Liaising with the gardening team

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III or equivalent experience in a related field and/or a trade qualification in the building industry
  • Up-to-date vaccinations against Influenza and Covid-19
  • A Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Demonstrated experience in stock management
  • Basic administration skills
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
