Credit Operations Leader

We are seeking a strategic professional with expertise in credit management and team leadership to spearhead our Home Loan and Auto Lending credit departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Credit Teams: Lead high-performing teams responsible for Home Loan and Auto Lending credit departments, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Align with Compliance: Collaborate closely with Compliance to ensure that assessment practices meet regulatory standards.
  • Support Team Leaders: Provide daily guidance across credit decisioning, systems, SLAs, and process improvement.
  • Review & Empower: Oversee escalated credit decisions while coaching your team to grow their expertise and confidence.
  • Drive Workflow Efficiency: Ensure smooth workflow management across teams.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal stakeholders to enhance credit operations and customer outcomes.
About You:
  • Proven experience in the Mortgage Industry
  • Expertise in Home Loans and Consumer Lending
  • Strong leadership skills and engagement abilities
  • Ability to adapt to change and lead through transformation
  • Deep understanding of credit systems, SLAs, and compliance
  • A valid Delegated Lending Authority
