About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Program Engagement Officer to contribute to the development and delivery of the Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP). As a key member of the Mackay Whitsunday Customer and Stakeholder Management team, you will work closely with project teams across the district to support program managers and deliver QTRIP projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to prepare high-quality written content for Ministerial and Executive briefing notes and correspondence
  • Develop community engagement plans for QTRIP projects, including key messages, targeted engagement strategies, and associated materials
  • Prepare communication materials, such as newsletters, flyers, roadworks advice, display materials, and other communication material to support delivery of QTRIP projects

Required Qualifications and Conditions:

  • Current Class 'C' Driver's License
  • Passing a criminal history check
