Job Summary

We are seeking qualified Home Support Professionals to provide support services to our clients in Armidale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care and Hygiene: Assist with daily tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene to ensure clients' comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Household Assistance: Provide support with cleaning, meal preparation, and general household tasks to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
  • Transportation and Social Engagement: Drive clients to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities, ensuring they can access essential services and maintain their independence. Foster social interaction and provide companionship, offering emotional support to improve clients' quality of life and overall well-being.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills: Effective communication skills, empathic and caring approach, ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle.
  • Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (essential), Current First Aid Certificate and CPR or willingness to obtain, Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
