Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sydney Airport store. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Implement visual merchandising displays and ensure a consistent brand image across the store.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to stock management and control processes to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback to the Store Manager on areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
