Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Digital Ad Operations team at Paramount Pictures.

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing successful campaigns, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: oversee campaign setup, monitoring, trafficking, optimisation, and troubleshooting to meet performance objectives.
  • Communication: provide regular updates, reports, and address operational inquiries or concerns with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative Quality Checks: conduct thorough reviews of all creative assets prior to launch, ensuring compliance with Paramount ad specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: identify and resolve issues related to video/display creative, custom executions, campaign underperformance, viewability, brand safety, and site ad tagging.
  • Optimisations: collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Tech, Data, Product, and other internal teams to optimise campaigns and escalate delivery issues as necessary.
Desirable Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in digital advertising operations or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in ad serving/tracking/booking technologies (e.g., Freewheel/Google Ad Manager, IAS, DCM, Operative One, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with video, online display, mobile advertising, behavioural targeting, and video encoding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, follow-through, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Acute attention to detail with an 'innovation' mindset.
  • A great team player, collaborative, and open communicator.
