As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you will be the interface between the internal clients and set up and delivery of digital campaigns. The incumbent will require ad operations background across a range of platforms and have a strong understanding about how data driven marketing works.

You will be managing the trafficking of brand, performance and data driven campaigns onto multiple platforms, especially ad servers. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in multiple stakeholder management, account management, ad operations, dynamic creative, trafficking, programmatic & social campaign set up, floodlight tagging and troubleshooting/problem solving. You will have great attention to detail, work ethic, ability to multitask and prioritise work accordingly.

You Will

  • Utilize platforms such as DV360, Meta, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Studio to set up programmatic and social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including media traders, marketing managers, and creative teams, to ensure campaign punctuality.
  • Support in the implementation and troubleshooting of floodlight tags and other tracking pixels.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to campaign delivery and tracking.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of campaign setup and processes.
  • Maintain a process driven workflow, and help to improve current processes.

You'll Have

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertising operations
  • Strong understanding of ad operations and campaign executions across a range of channels including social, programmatic, audio and video.
  • Proficient in campaign set ups across DV360, Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with dynamic display, product feed and website/server tagging highly preferred.
  • Agency or client side background.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and portfolios, while ensuring high quality of work
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, with a focus on stakeholder relationships and high service levels
  • Strong and pro-active communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and workflow management skills.
