We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Migration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our migration practice, you will work closely with our Director and sales/channel teams to drive growth and build standardized workflows.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for handling end-to-end employer-sponsored visa cases, including skills assessment, nomination, and visa applications. You will also draft high-quality submissions, statements, and evidence lists with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end employer-sponsored visa cases, including skills assessment, nomination, and visa applications.
- Draft high-quality submissions, statements, and evidence lists with accuracy and efficiency.
- Design and implement SOPs to streamline internal workflow and improve team efficiency.
- Oversee quality control of documentation and client compliance.
- Provide internal training and support in scaling the document team.
- Liaise with employers, clients, channel partners, and relevant authorities.
- Collaborate on client communication strategies and success-focused processes.
Requirements:
- Valid MARN and at least 3+ years RMA experience (employer-sponsored pathways required).
- Proven success in handling nomination and visa applications across multiple subclasses.
- Ability to independently assess client eligibility & documentation quality.
- Familiarity with client service systems: Excel, PDFs, MMAs, Google Drive, etc.
- Ability to adapt to bilingual working environments (English/Chinese – translation tools OK).
- Strong sense of responsibility: willing to support urgent tasks, including evenings/weekends if needed.
- Bonus: Previous experience in team management or interest in becoming a team/department lead.
- Bonus: Experience working with Chinese-speaking clients or outbound migration clients.
