Job Overview

This role is a key part of a small team responsible for building and rolling out the ESG Advisory solution in Australia and New Zealand.

As an integrated advisor, you will work closely with the firm to identify and address the ESG challenges clients are facing.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ESG, project management skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders.

  • Support and deliver work related to client research, proposal preparation, deliverables preparation, engagement management, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Build internal and external relationships, contribute to team knowledge and expertise development in the area of ESG through research, and effectively represent Advisory's interests within the firm and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Research: Conduct research to understand client needs and develop proposals to meet those needs.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare high-quality proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Deliverables Preparation: Develop and prepare deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Engagement Management: Manage client engagements from initiation to completion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and Advisory's services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the area of ESG.
  • A tertiary qualification in environmental science, engineering, commerce, or law.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful initiatives.
  • The ability to engage with stakeholders, build trust, and manage relationships.
