Lead a Team of Educators

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educator to lead our team. As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the learning environment and ensuring the highest quality care for our children.

About the Role

As an Educator with us, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Maintaining high standards of child safety and wellbeing, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
  • Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector.
