Job Title: Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of communal buildings and facilities on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of communal buildings and facilities, including offices, training rooms, crib huts, washrooms, locker rooms, and bath houses.
  • Waste removal, power washing pathways, and light grounds work.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, working 11-hour days on your feet.
  • Training of new employees.
  • Conducting effective prestart meetings.
  • Managing performance issues.
  • Demonstrating and reinforcing safe behaviors, investigating and reporting hazards, incidents, and injuries.
  • Preparing and submitting performance reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in cleaning roles is essential.
  • Hold Supervisor certification or be willing to obtain.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate systems knowledge is essential.
  • Neat, tidy, and professional appearance.
  • Conditioned to extreme weather.
