Join our Defence and National Security team as a skilled Project Manager. We are seeking a high performing professional with relevant Defence maritime systems engineering experience to contribute to the ADF's operational capability.

This exciting opportunity involves providing engineering support and project management services to our Defence clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading, managing, and delivering Defence maritime projects
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  3. Translating client operational requirements into project deliverables
  4. Providing sound advice and solutions to dynamic and complex issues
  5. Ensuring compliance with Defence writing standards and documentation requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to problem-solving and be able to thrive on challenges. You should also possess relevant qualifications in engineering or project management, with the ability to gain industry accreditation.

In addition to your technical skills, you will require excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to apply proactive and critical thinking. Due to the nature of our client and projects, it is mandatory that you hold a current Australian Government security clearance at NV1 level or higher.
