Job Title: Customer and Content Coordinator

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging and Dispatch: Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of online orders.
  • Cross-Functional Role: Provide exceptional customer service, packing, and dispatch support.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, focusing on trends and behind-the-scenes insights.
  • Office Support: Perform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
Requirements:
  • Based in Sydney with access to our Northern Beaches office.
  • Availability during peak periods (January) and ideally July.
  • Confident, outgoing, and approachable personality.
  • Strong writing skills for professional communication.
  • Organized and detail-oriented when handling orders and returns.
  • Comfortable being on camera and sharing creative ideas.
  • Understanding of social media trends and performance metrics.
  • Interest in fashion, content creation, and entrepreneurship.
